What areas does Santa D cover?
Santa D primarily covers Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and North London. For larger events or corporate functions, he may travel further across the Home Counties by special arrangement.
What types of events does he visit?
Santa D is available for a wide range of occasions, including home visits, school and care home appearances, corporate Christmas parties, hospital visits, and brand promotional events. Whether it's a breakfast with Santa or a formal meet-and-greet, he tailors each visit to the setting.
How long does a typical visit last?
Visit durations vary depending on the event type. Private home visits usually range from 20 to 45 minutes, while corporate functions and school appearances are typically booked in hourly blocks. Santa D ensures there is plenty of time for stories, photos, and a moment of wonder with everyone.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a visit?
You can book directly through our online calendar or by sending an enquiry via our contact form. Once we discuss your event details, Santa D will confirm availability and provide a booking confirmation.
Deposits and Payments
To secure your date, a small deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is typically due 14 days before the event. Payments can be made easily via bank transfer or through our secure online payment link.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Deposits are refundable if cancelled at least 30 days in advance. Within 30 days, we will always try our best to reschedule your visit to an alternative time, subject to availability.
What do hosts need to provide?
We ask that hosts provide a sturdy chair in a well-lit area, ideally near a festive tree. For larger groups, a microphone may be helpful. If gifts are to be handed out, please have them clearly labelled and placed near Santa's chair.
